The best trust account protection you can find in travel is the protection we provide through our PTS membership. When you book a holiday with us, all your money goes directly into the secure PTS trust account.

This means that none of your money will be used for anything other than your holiday, we do not have direct access to your money, and your money is kept completely separate from all other bookings.

That money remains safely in trust unless you require a refund or reimbursement, it is protected by Supplier Failure Insurance (SFI), or we have paid an ATOL-protected wholesaler for your travel arrangements.

All of this ensures you are financially protected through trust, ATOL, and the Package Travel Regulations.

Independent Trustees: PTS works with independent trustees to ensure that no one who profits from your booking has direct access to your funds.

Independent Trust Account: PTS is in full control of the trust account and keeps the accounts transparent, so we can always see exactly what is going on.

Daily Reconciliation: By reconciling accounts daily, either you or our company can contact PTS at any time and find out exactly where your money is, down to your individual booking.

A package holiday, protected under the PTR, is a booking sold under one inclusive price that contains more than one element. These elements could include flights or other transport, accommodation, car hire, or tourism bookings such as cooking classes, city tours, or ski lessons.

If the package includes a tourism element, that element must be a prominent part of the holiday to fall under PTR protection. Flights are not strictly necessary for a booking to be considered a package.
